1.1 Paid Subscriptions: Access to certain features of the App requires a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees for the chosen plan. All subscription payments are processed through Stripe.
1.2 Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may manage or cancel your subscription through your account settings.
1.3 Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.
2. Live Streaming
2.1 Streaming of Events: The App may provide live streaming of events. By using this service, you agree to only view the content for personal use and not distribute, record, or share live streams without prior permission.
2.2 Event Availability: We make no guarantees about the availability or quality of live streaming events and are not responsible for any interruptions or technical issues.

3.1 Content: The App offers news articles related to fighters, events, and the community. These articles are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice.
3.2 Accuracy: We strive to ensure that all information provided is accurate, but we make no representations or warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of the content.
4. Social Media Sharing
4.1 Third-Party Services: The App allows users to share content on social media platforms. You are responsible for complying with the terms of use of those platforms and for the content you share.
4.2 No Endorsement: We are not responsible for content shared on third-party platforms, and the sharing of content does not imply our endorsement.
5. Top Fighters’ Attributes and Info
5.1 Accuracy: We provide information about fighters, including attributes, stats, and rankings. We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or reliability of this information.
5.2 Non-Commercial Use: This information is for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes without our express permission.
6. User Profiles
6.1 Profile Creation: To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create a user profile, including uploading a photo and providing your first and last names.
6.2 User Responsibility: You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when creating a profile and not to impersonate others or use fake names.
6.3 Photo Uploads: By uploading a photo, you grant us the right to use the image within the App. We reserve the right to remove any photo that violates these Terms or our community guidelines.
